Big size and huge rooms with ironing facilities, a study table, and an iPod docking station, exceptionally comfortable beds. Very very nice, enthusiastic people working here. Stunning, incredible location so close to train station as well as the old town of Hastings, near to the best pubs and cafés. Besides, easy to get to Hastings Miniature Railway.

Our room was well-appointed and generous sized, included with bedroom, a beautiful view plus 2 easy chairs to sit on, had an amazing stay. The location was stunning and incredible, next to the beautiful old town and the art gallery and fishing port, in a very nice area.

Our location was great in a beautiful terraced garden. What's more, it was near to a very nice area, and the old town of Hastings, near to the best pubs and cafés. The booked room was spotless and huge with lovely full sized bath.

The setting was incredible, not far from well maintained walled garden, communal areas and the old town, the country park and the sea. The staff was very very nice & enthusiastic. My room was big size with ironing facilities, a study table, and an iPod docking station.

location was ideal, staff was absolutely gracious. the host is friendly. a luxury double room has everything you need. within walking distance of webbe's rock-a-nore, where you can have lunch. our stay was lovely, and we would happily go back again.
